Big cat 2018

The big cat is very dangerous and horrible. Big cat is not breed of cat actually the big cats are five living members of genus panthera like snow leopard, tiger, lion, leopard and jaguar.

They all have the ability of roar and very ghastly voice of big cats. Snow leopard are sometime roar. Other big cats also has not the ability of roar including the outside panthera like sunda clouded leopard, cheetah and clouded leopard.

All big cats mostly have the same behavior, structure and size. All big cats are carnivores and efficient apex predator. Mostly these all big cats found in America, Asia and Africa.

Cheetah has various size and structure it is small than other big cats like lion. Lion is dashing and brave big cat.

Roaring:

Roaring is voice of big cats and roar of big cat create horror in forest. Bafflows and stag are afraid from the roar of big cat. Roar is actually comes from larynx and hyoid apparatus. When air passes through larynx on the way from the lungs and sound produce when cartilage walls of larynx are vibrate. Lion’s has the longest the larynx and giving the most robust roar. Roar depend on the larynx who has long larynx has the largest sound and snow leopard has small larynx that’s why snow leopard cannot roar.

Threat:

Threat to big cat vary by geographic location, but big cats has the habit of poaching.

In US, 19 state has banned on the ownership of big cats and other dangerous animal as a pet. Big cat is not faithful animals if you cradle the big cat then suddenly big cat attack on the owner.

Private ownership is not prohibited, but law makes illegal it to transfer, sell or purchase for foreign commerce. These all regulation provide the strong legal framework for controlling the commerce of big cats.

Conversation:

All the big cats provide the protected environment for their live out in the natural lives. All these animals provide the home who’s the private owner of the big cats. Private owner has no longer able or willing to care for their big cats.

Evolution:

Ancestor of big cats is spits away from the Felinea. Small and medium size cats are including the domestic cats. Some larger cats such as courage and cheetah.

Study tells us that the snow leopard and tigers are sister species. While lion, leopard and jaguar are the close related to each other. Tiger has the unique species to the end of Pliocene epoch.  

Mostly big cats are found in Africa and southwest Tibet.
